I called Absa Rewards on 3 May to ask that my rewards be paid out to me as I am not banking with them anymore and would like to finish my banking relationship with them. The request was logged and I was asked to call back in 7 working days, if they do not have feedback for me within 5-7 working days. No one came back to me.
This morning when I called, the lady, Lebo told me that nothing has been done and the call has not been logged and that I am requested to call back again in 7 working days! Seriously? That's going to be another two weeks of them doing zilch! I am not happy! Why can't they just not do their jobs??? I would really like this to be sorted asap. I am very unhappy with Absa's service - it is up to. No wonder I am not banking with them anymore.
