I have written a coplaint about this very same matter a couple of weeks ago, and since then, It seems that things only got worse. I wrote a complaint a while ago about absa rewards. I joined in december and subsequintly paid my R21/ month fee. After my first complaint, I was contacted by someone from Absa, promising me that everything will be sorted out after the phone call, which, surprise surprise, it was not!! I have been to the bank TWICE since then and called the call centre TWICE, both times being promised that i will be contacted within 5 working days- I AM STILL WAITING!!! I am a member of absa rewards, paying my montly contribution, but yet, I am not reeping any rewards!!! Come one Absa, please help me change 2 complaints into 2 coments, and to write a new compliment review!!!
