Sorry you feel that way

I had a "fender bender" incident on the 2nd April 2013. Just the bumper was damaged. I made peace with having to wait 2 weeks to get the repairs done. I booked the car in to AutoSpray on Skinner street in PTA on 22nd April. All I got from Outsurance since then was an SMS and email reminding me that I don't have my car. I had to follow-up with AutoSpray myself as to the actual status and progress. When they messed up the repair, they made another arrangement with costs against my policy, and called to "let me know" with a 30sec phone call. Still nothing from Outsurance. After 2 weeks of waiting for a bumper repair, I had to resort to following up with AutoSpray more frequently to find out what's going on. Eventually it came down to a part the size of a credit card that was holding back completion! On the 10th May, only after an email from me in total frustration did Evelyn respond, but with total arrogance and ambivalence to my situation. She saw nothing wrong with me having to wait 3 weeks for my car. Then, at 15:40, AutoSpray calls to inform me that the car is ready, and that they close at 16:00. Evelyn's response: "Sorry you feel that way... they kept to their word". Still no car.
