A call cetre agent from Outsurance call me to give a qoute and they could not give me less premiums than the one I'm paying now so I have seen their advert on tv that they will pay you R400 if they can't give you a better deal so I was expecting for them to put their money where their mouth is, since they could not give me a lesser qoute than what I currently paying but to my surprice the consultant put the phone down and nothing was mentioned about the R400 they are advertising. Outsurance stop misleading people and I wouldn't want to join an insurance that can't keep its promises this is just a be careful people.
