Most user/client unfriendly banking hall

I have never been in a more unfriendly and cold banking branch, than Clearwater Mall. When you enter the banking hall you are greeted very friendly by a service agent and given a number (like a cattle ranch) and send to the tellers. No chairs available and they call you number up when a teller is conveniently free to help you. The banking hall is cold and unfriendly. I don't have a problem standing in a queue, but it should be a queue and not a random. no chairs corridor.
I do hope that none of the other branches will be renovated to such a cold hall. Needless to say I went to Randridge Mall and banked at that Absa - still friendly and user friendly.
