I am not happy that my debit order went through on 24 April 2013 and last night I had the shock of it going through again. Now deducting from my petrol money for the month. I did not approve a deduction on the 9th of ANY month as my arrangement is for the 25th of a month. I tried to return this deduction from the banks side, but was informed to contact real people to reverse the debit order. Their response was that it does not show on their side yet and I must phone back in 2 days time. This really is unacceptable.
