Hi, I recently requested a quote and the quote received was double the price of Miway, I was then transferred to a "Manager" and they informed me that the lowest I can get is R1300 with an Excess of R5000. Miway has an Excess of R3300 and can give me a premium of R957.69, For a Brand new Polo vivo Zest. Soooo... Pricing higher, and can not be beat you owe me R400. Secondly the lady I spoke to informed me that I do not know what is in my Miway Policy and that should my car be without a tracking device in it I will pay a percentage of the price of the vehicle. How does she know what's in my Policy? I went through it now and confirmed that I am covered for a flat rate excess of R2500 for & Hijack. How can you tell me what I am covered for and give me attitude. Sorry but the service I received was not friendly in fact I felt like I was being spoken down to and told I do not know what is going on. Please pull the recording and listen to it. I expect a proper reply and call from someone who can treat the people who pay your salaries with respect. I am terribly disappointed, this is going to make me consider moving my Kia to Miway now as well, fix this now.
