May 2 years ago my car was written off in an accident. The car was substituted by Webank. However the car was never deregistered. This is now the second license renewal I have received for this car. The last one I paid and you reimbursed me and assured me this would not happen again.
Please will you kindly see that the deregistration takes place, as this is a bad reflection on my company eNatis and I need to renew another car's license that is registered to my company.
