More than a month ago i lodged a complaint about you money from a poor coloured family that cant afford it, you phoned and promised me to get back within 5 days... that didnt happen.

I lodged a complaint again and you didnt get back to me!

Well if i dont hear from you in the next 24hours im forwarding the documents to the ombudsman, you even acknwledged the problem was at the Parrow branch... and then you just dissapeared, you should really change your ads to we are just like the other banks and dont give!
