Excellent service I received from Mr Cobus Phaal

I was a bit unhappy with the way my home loan application was going, and filed a complaint.
Cobus then gave me a phone call and ever since we were in constant contact through emails and phone calls.

I was kept up to date and informed by Cobus of everything that was happening along the way. He also relayed information to the relevant parties within standard bank.

He was extremely professional and supportive in a process which is very stressful. And I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart.
