Good day,
I have been debited R110 for car hire when all I asked for was a quote to see how much it would cost me if I added car hire to my policy. I had my wife call in to query and I had sent an email to query as well, now I cannot wait 3-4 working days for Vigin Insurance to get back to me. This unauthorised debit is just not on.
I would like this sorted and rectified and the money back in my account by end of business today.
