I would like to compliment Tika on the service he provided me. Often we find the chance to complain but not to stop and compliment someone on a job well done. I was doing a quote with him and was on the phone for about an hour with him and I didn't even feel that I was on the phone for that long. He was engaging and understood his job and processes very well.
