URGENT - MY ACCOUNT WAS WRONGFULLY BLOCKED

Profitclicking is accepting investments for AD PACKAGES that grows daily. I have have been an investor for a long time, and on the 24th of APRIL I bought 19 new 24 PREMIUM AD PACKAGES, but their system went haywire and it showed a negative balance in my account. I filed a SUPPORT TICKET through their HELPDESK: #240280. Last Thursday I received an email from -- do not edit --Dorathea Homan, A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #240280 with the following response:-START OF STAFF REPLY-Hello Dorathea, Our apologies for the delay in response. I have unblocked your account so you can correct your negative Ad Packages. To correct your negative Ad Packages Balance please follow these steps:1.) Log into your ProfitClicking Account2.) Click on your Wallet3.) Verify that you have enough funds in your Wallet to cover the amount you are negative in your Ad Packages Account.4.) Under AD PACKAGE BALANCE you will see a button that says Fix5.) Click on the button to fix your negative PC Panel Balance. BUT MY ACCOUNT NEVER WAS UNBLOCKED and THEY DO NOT RESPOND after this. The last 2.5 months I have invested 375 dollars! I never withdrew any funds from the start.
