1month and no responce

It has now been over a month since i asked my prestige banker to contact me. I am now going to the USA and Africa for work and i still cant talk to anyone who should be assisting me with my travels (travel insurance/int activation of my cards/etc)
but... one call to FNB and i can have it all by Friday...

Im moving. Sorry but you had your chance and i have had my accounts since 2002!
