Caption error and mis-Quote

I called in on the 29 April 2013 requesting a policy review for my Ford Fiesta 2010 because I last reviewed it last year.

I spoke to Zernobie Khoza on the 29 April and she quoted my Premium to R 689.36

Lowered my Access from 3210.00 to R2500, Window and Glass Access to R250.00

On the 02 May 2013 I got a call to say that I was quoted wrong because my Occupation was "house wife" after I confirmed all my details with Zernobie.

I was later Quoted close R750.00 which is more than what I was paying before I made the call on the 29/04/2013.

Candice from Retention called me on Monday and advise to sort out my account or Policy before end of Business and to my surprise I'm still waiting for that call.

If this cannot be sorted out please let me know so I can go to MI-Way as they have been calling me and offering me cheaper premiums and i will cancel every policy I have with Outsurance

Bernie from the Retentions dept called me yesterday concerning this and he advised me that they connot change my premium (new qoute from Candice) not bearring in mind that the fault was not on my side, i advised him that i can settle on paying R650.00 every month for my Ford Fiesta 2010.
