I was double debited = an error on Chartered insurance's side. Eventually they admitted to their error and I have still not been paid. i also have not received feedback about my request to lower the value of my car to 60 000.00 and the resulting lowering of my premium.
How you guys plan to stay in business if you treat people like this is beyond me. I will make sure to let others know how poorly you conduct business and NOT to deal with you.
