NO CONTACT - NO INTEREST AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS

I LOGGED A CLAIM ON THE 19/1/2013. I HAVE RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK NO CONTACT NO INTEREST WHAT SO EVER FROM ANYONE, I HAVE HAD ONE OF MY OWN BUILDERS TAKE A LOOK AT IT NOW AS I AM BUILDING NOW ON THE SLAB ABOVE SO THERE WILL BE COMPLETE COVERAGE OVER THE FAMILY ROOM THAT WILL STOP THIS LEAK/PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE - HOWEVER AS THERE HAS BEEN NO CONTACT I HAVE GOTTEN MY OWN GUY TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE FAMILY ROOM ITSELF AND HAS STATED IT WILL COST BETWEEN R8000-00 AND R9000-00 TO REPAIR - I WOULD PREFER HIM TO DO THE JOB AS I TRUST HIS WORK AND KNOW HIS WORK WILL LAST. COULD I SUBMIT A QUOTE AND REQUEST PAYMENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT GETTING THROUGH TO SBSA INSURANCE AS THEY ARE ALWAYS EXPERIENCING HIGH CALL VOLUMES AND I WAIT FOR TIMELESS MINUTES/TO 40-45 MINS A TIME BEFORE REACHING A CONSULTANT. I HAVE LOGGED COMPLAINTS ONLINE AND RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK AT ALL. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS OR SHOULD IT GO TO THE UMBADSMAN.
