I've written off my car and have been struggling for a week with licensing departments to get my registration papers.
I've also mailed westbank services which is actually a complaint on its own with the lack of feedback there.
BUT, I finally got through to Darian whom assisted me with everything required, even talked to me in my preferred language selection, once he saw it on the system.
He is an asset to your team and a pleasure to deal with. (This coming from a person who despises dealing with call centers)
