I had recently opted for rival Insurance cover for a number of reasons, and Mr. Shaheer Ally, retentions adviser at Outsurance, came up with a plan for me to avoid losing my Outsurance Bonus and also gave me a solution which provided me with an opportunity to "test the waters" with the rival company.
