I rented a television through Teljoy from February 1996 to October 1996. Upon return of the television set I informed Teljoy that I no longer need a television as I moved in with my fiance who already has a TV and license. About 4 years ago, I started recieving requests from SABC to pay arrears license fees of now over R4000. I wrote to them, emailed them, but to no aveil. I will not pay the arrears as I don"t owe them anything.
