4 weeks to respond to an email

I sent a change of address and banking details on Tuesday 9 April. I received a call 5 minutes ago from a young lady who was letting me know that my ID copy was not certified. I asked if my ID copy matched the one that was already on record and then she started cutting me off. I could not get in a word and eventually hung up the call as I was not going to be shouted at by this lady.

I think it's unacceptable that it took you 4 weeks to respond and let me know that the documentation was not in order. Now there will be further delay as I will have to bring my ID in again.
