On Sunday (5 Jan 14) I logged a call for my car to be towed as I hit a pothole and Brothers Roadside Assist Pretoria was sent to tow my car.
On Monday (6 Jan 14) Michelle called me and notified me that the inspector was appointed and she will let me know of the outcome in three day (as the inspection takes 3 days). Since then I have not received any feedback from Michelle, then on Thursday and Friday I called to ask on the progress and I was told you still waiting for report from the inspectors. I told Michelle that I will be calling to enquire about the progress of my claim and Michelle told me not to call as I will be wasting airtime, she will call me back once inspector's report is been received.
Yesterday i sent the above in an email to Michelle, she never bother to call, all she did was to send an sms to say "we are still waiting for inspectors report". Hello you said inspection only take 3 day, and now its the 8th day.
How can you take so long to write a report?
How long is it going to take you to fix the car if you cant even follow up with inspectors?
would you like it if your car takes more than 8 days to be inspected (not even fixed).
I pay R1380 pm for this?
