At Fnb u get 2take a break payment in January

Hi I would lyk 2knw 2which customers does it apply.taking payment break in January frm the fnb loans becauase another bank representative told m u can take a break if ur installment debt orders paid weekly after i notced that the January debt order was positive..bt I was promised that the debt order wont go through this Jan and the money had already been debted (15/01/2013).i would appreciate if u can explain 2m hw it wrks coz clearly im confused.
