I opted to cash out on my investment and asked for a payout.
i have been calling since last week as they have a 7-10 day time limit for them to secure a service.
after six calls in two weeks asking for feedback and being told that i would receive a call or an e-mail within one hour -i finally found out today that they only asked for a tax clearance yesterday. Poor service all around. It seems that they have been lying to cover them not doing their duty. Someone needs a reminder that consumers still matter. Maybe after this i will get help.
