No Loyalty to customers

I am utterly disgusted with the service received from your company with regards to an insurance claim. My geyser burst at the end of March and contact your offices to report the matter. Spoke to Jacqueline who failed to follow up or provide feedback. Eventually they sent a company Dry Force to collect my clothing that was damaged. This was collected on the 17 April and I was promised that I would have my stuff returned within 3 days. It is now 2 weeks and Im still waiting. Have been calling their offices at my expense to do their work and still nobody from their offices can tell me what is going on. THey keep telling me about what Dry Force didn't do. I regret having cancelled my previous contract and signing up with them. This is the poorest service I have ever received and the worst part is that you can never speak to a manager. They just don't care about their customers. MiWay can I pleas have my clothese because I have paid a lot of money for the stuff and am currently seeking legal action for the non delivery of service.
