Redefining incompetence

I was told by all my friends and colleagues that Discovery is the company to be involved with

I have had the misfortune of being a cardholder for the past two months.
Every day there seems to be something else. here are a short list of the issues:
1. The statements didn't run properly
2. The purported cash back and other "benefits" had problems and there is no indication if these "benefits" will be returned to members
3. Debit order's didn't run
4. System issues

The final straw for me is that my card has been stopped due to non payment of the debit order. Talk about getting done in by a company. I can't get food because your system is a problematic.

Discovery Life doesn't want to give me a policy because of high blood pressure... Discovery is the cause of this.

I have lost count of the number of hours that I am on the phone fighting with the world record holder for incompetence.
