Fnb disgusting no assistance

In January 2013, I called fnb homeloans for assistance towards my bond, as both my spouse and I were retrenched. Fnb declined my special arrangement. My spouse and I have been seperated for the last 3 months and both have just started a job now. I had received my salary as I'm not residing and not responsible for the payment I told your call centre on several occasiobs to call my spouse wrt to bond. He has subsequently spoke to fnb homeloans to make an arrangement.
Now fnb has the odesity to forcefully without my authorisation debit my account with a huge amount. I am a single parent living on my own, and have notg to survive on for the rest on the month. Who and giw can fnb hust decide to do what they want, yet when we as customers ask for help we get declined.
Fnb claims "How can we help". Ironically the homeloans division are not fulfilling any assistance. Will fnb provide me with my rent, food and petrol till my next payday. I tried to get the debit reversed as this was unauthorised by me and Charlotte de wee told me they can't. I have my account with Fnb for over 20 years. On top of it I called Fnb homeloa loans and the collection manager bruce refused to hear my plight.
