Dear Customer Care,
I bought a Toyota Run X Rsi from a CHM - N1 City in the Cape. It had 60 000km on its meter. The first week that I got it had a noise every time I turn or break at a robot. I did large a complain at CHM & at Toyota cause the car was still under Toyota 90 000Km warranty. For many months I complaint but absolutely nothing was done about it. It's long over its warranty now... But still the same old noise!!!
Where can I take this car so they can find the fault and fix it for me even if it cost me thousands out of my own pocket.
Is Toyota capable of finding this problem now, maybe after many year of new experience?
