I switched over to FNB about 2 months ago, and the day before yesterday i saw an additional account been added to my profile. I called FNB legal (as stipulated) wanting to know where it comes from etc, they advised me they cannot assist me as the account is with MBD Attorneys. I called MBD, they assured me the account was not with them, cannot even locate me on the system, so i am stuck between a rock and a hard place, dont know where to go, no one to contact, and this balance is staring me in the face.
If anyone of FNB is reading this, i would really like this sorted out
