I finally got the time to call Outsurance this morning to have my policy amended and after a quick security verification they put me through to Corne to update my details and re- my policy.
Thanks Corne for providing me with the best call center service I have ever experienced. You were quick, efficient, polite and knowledgeable about your products and what you could do for me regarding the policy.
