I was handed over by FNB to Maharaj Attorneys for my Smart spend loan, when trying to make arrangements to pay was informed that ''the colour of my money is not good enough'', i am unemployed, trying to pay and i get told what i can pay is not acceptable.
Now they are hounding my family with calls regarding my none payments, when they are the ones refusing my money. FNB find other Attorneys who can do a better job as this is not on at all.
