# 649911. On the 3rd of December 2012 I placed an order for an iphone cover for a christmas present.
Waiting for the item to arrive was like believing in father christmas. I eventually was told on the 7th January 2013 that it item was out of stock. ( should have cancelled the order then - would probably still be waiting for a credit anyway.) I received the incorrect item on the 9th February and it was collected on the 26th February. Many e-mails later with a promise each time to investigate my problem, I am still waiting. The amazing thing is that I get e-mails asking me to rate the service after I have complained!!! I really would like the funds in my pocket and not in their bank.
