I bought a deal from Groupon for supper at Little Italy in Glenanda, Jhb in Feb 2013. About two weeks later i enquired with Groupon that i did not yet receive my confirmation voucher and was only then informed that the deal closed without success which means they did not have enough buyers, but i was not informed. I then requested a refund and emailed proof of payment and other details to Groupon on 08 March 2013. i followed up telephonically on 22 March 2013 and to date have not received a refund. this is totally unacceptable, unethical business practice and behaviour.
