I ordered a pair of MSA Multi Sport Polarised Glasses from Groupon on the 30th of October 2012.
I was informed by email 7 weeks later that there was a delay & I would receive my goods in the next week.
Unfortunately, the time it took was two months all in all and by then I had already moved to a new property.
I did inform Groupon of the new address and they acknowledged this change.
This is where it stopped, from there on, I reminded them over and over again over a period of 3 months, where are my glasses, no reply up until now.
Can someone assist? this is just crazy...
