I bought Groupon Voucher R345 by the merchant: Voque for Wash, cut and blow dry; treatment with Ombre or full head highlights (c/o William Nicol and Republic Road, Shop 8 Pick and Pay on Nicol, Hurlingham, Johannesburg 2196)
Phoned the merchant for appointment, but the merchant has refused to provide the service asking for extra pay due to the fact that Groupon has sold the deal with wrong price!
Though it has been already a problem on 27th of February no any further actions have been seen from Groupon!
I requested a refund on 28th February 2013 (#704146) and to date nothing has happened!!! I want my money back!!
