I bought x2 groupon vouchers about 2 weeks ago. I have since changed my mind and decided to go with a different special on offer therefore decided to cancel my first purchase. I sent through numerous requests to their so called 'customer care/refunds' and STILL have no solid feedback as to when I can expect a refund. I am at a point whereby I have decided to cancel the entire deal and requested a cash refund. Guess what!! STILL no response. Groupon is quick to promote deals but their customer service levels! I will NEVER use Groupon again!!!
