I am very disappointed in Groupon. This is the second time that I have had an issue with the company and I wont be using them again.
I purchased two tickets to a conference but couldn't attend because I was ill. I informed Groupon within 24 hours of my intention to cancel. They responded to my email and confirmed cancellation but to date I have not been paid back and the process started in February.
I sent them an email yesterday stating that I will be broadcasting my complaint on Hello Peter and also be contacting the Consumer Tribunal but still no resolution.
