I have posted previously on Hello Peter regarding non delivery of goods going back to November 2012. I eventually gave up on that and requested a refund in February and despite my continuous e-mails regarding the refund I am not getting anything. Groupon have had my money since November last year and I am trying really hard to stay respectful and professional about this situation even though the treatment I am receiving is appalling and bordering on. I am at my wits end with this situation and will be taking this matter further if it s not sorted soon.
