To Whom It May Concern
I would like to lodge a complaint against the Groupon Company who after numerous requests for refund of goods not provided has failed to refund me. I have officially requested and mailed and have spoken to various persons at the company and have provided the relevant information and documents they requested but to date i am not receiving a response from them.
Can you please guide me to correct this as it has been since September 2012 nearly six moths that I have paid for the product which they could not deliver, upon which i requested a refund.
