No Delivery and No Refund

I purchased goods from Groupon in November 2012. I have send many requests from January to April to groupon and the response was always the same, saying that they will follow up, but nothing ever gets done. I used to like using groupon, but I will not ever use this service again unless I get my money back, along with the goods I have ordered. The goods I ordered were orthopaedic pillows and a massage tool. I am in a lot of pain and was really looking forward to minimising my medical costs by purchasing something to aid me with my neck and back problems. Please help me sort this out.
