I called Groupon 1stly i waited 15 minutes to speak to a consultant, i explained i bought a voucher and have been calling Buggy Park they gave me an email address for reservations i have sent 2 n still no response since December. The lady i spoke to gave an alternative 011 number to call and that number does not exist, i called AGAIN waited in the Q AGAIN and got through to another lady who gave me a 082 number and promised me that she just spoke to someone to check and it works. The number just rings and rings no reponse no voicemail and ive tried it about 5x. I called again i was number 22 in line then i hung-up. I would like someone to call me back with a positive feedback and way forward to make my reservation or to get my money back. My voucher is expiring next month and still no joy. This is very poor service to be given numbers that dont work and waste my time. Iam very upset
