NON DELIVERY OF GOODS PAID FOR!!!

I PAID FOR GOODS IN NOVEMBER 2012 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, NOT EVEN A REFUND!!!
PLEASE SEE THE CORRESPONDENCE BELOW...

Dear Groupon

I have had absolutely no response to this request and cannot believe that you give any support to anyone!!!

I paid for this fragrance in Novemebr 2012 and still have not received anything, not even a courtesy call???

Surely as an ethical company you must do something about this? At least refund me the money that I paid in good faith for delivery of this fragrance?

Please do the right thing and respond to me in some form at least!!!

If you cannot get me on my mobile please call my wife (for whom I attempted to purchase the fragrance) on 27837752164.

Your approptiate response to this request will be greatly appreciated.
