I am a regular customer of Groupon and have never had a problem with their customer support before. However, they have recently stopped providing after sales support to their clients. I have requested two refunds since February - one for delivery of the incorrect product and one for a spa that closed down. I sent emails and even called their customer care and while being assured that I would receive the refunds, nothing has been processed to my account.
I also ordered a winnie the pooh gift pack for my niece and the two main toys were missing. I have also reported this to Groupon with no feedback received.
If this is the service I can now expect from the company, it is no wonder they are battling to retain customers. I refuse to support them any longer!!
