I purchased a Groupon in mid December. Delivery was expected in 4 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and I have no idea what is happening. (In fact, I have purchased Groupon items since then which have arrived). I sent an email to Groupon support who told me they are checking with the supplier... that was 2 weeks ago. Since then I have sent 2 more emails to Groupon support with no response at all.
So aside from delivery being almost a month overdue support is not replying to me or offering any assistance.
