In February I purchased a refurbished Tom Tom for R799. Lead delivery time being 4 weeks max. After that I started calling to find out where my delivery was. Firstly I was told it was taking place the next week. Then the next time (which was placed on Hello Peter) was delayed due to all the public holidays. Today I phone again to find out that apparently the Tom Toms were faulty and now they have no stock! I have not had any feedback relating to this so Groupon are sitting with my money whilst I await a delivery which is never going to take place! It is absolutely disgusting the service that Groupon are offering and I can foresee a major problem getting my money back! I tried contacting the MD direct but he is overseas and on talking to the receptionist she could not commit to Gary Burrows (next in line) to even returning my calls. I cannot believe a company of this size cannot deliver the goods they advertise and I just want my money back! I am sick and tired of the disgusting service from Groupon.
