Waiting for Delivery

Placed order 24 Feb, sent emails the same day to update address details. Received confirmaton of address change on 8 March after further follow up emails. Contacted 27 March as nothing received. Told me my address details were missing, then confirmed that they were correct as at 8 Mar. Commited to trying to do next day delivery (28 Mar) and assured they would contact me by 11am on 28th if problem after much complaining that I was not contacted and that this was the first day they were even looking at the order. No delivery, no contact. They don't care what you think of their service. It is pathectic
