Groupon SA I still await my refund a year late

I bought a groupon for a restaurant and after making reservations when I to there I was turned away. I have been trying to get my refund since January. I was told my refund was done but I have not received my money as yet. GROUPON A BUNCH OF THIEVING LIARS... NEVER USE THEM
