I bought and paid for a product on the Groupon website. On the 5th of November I received a mail confirming receipt of the order and payment and that delivery will be within one week. Until today, 13 December, I have not received my product and the only feedback I have received (now from two different people) is that they are investigating the issue and will get back to me with more information and that I should wait a bit longer for the product. I have requested that they now, more than a month later rather cancel the order and refund my money, to which I am receiving NO response.
