I bought a Tomtom GPS deal on the 08.03.2013 and today when i called to find out about delivery i was told the EFT transfer was rejected because i overpaid by R1, money came off my account and they sent confirmation now until today when i was asking about delivery no one bothered to tell me the eft was reject and they further told me i can only be refunded after 5 days.they have known about this for 2 weeks and no one came back to me.
