I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with groupon's service, it's been more than a month since I bought a deal with them and cancelled it, I was told that I would be refunded in 7 working days to date I have not been refunded all I hear from them is just 2 weeks back I was told there was a mistake from their side and I would be refunded in 3 dayd and I still don't have my money. This is very unfair it is my money that I want back. They are very incompetent and I feel I need to exposr them.
This is really disgusting, the worst service I ever had.
